Refund/Exchange Policy

All of our designs are Pre-Ordered. We offer a 7-day Refund/Exchange policy only for items with manufacturing faults that cannot be repaired. For example, if the issue is related to sizing, this can typically be adjusted and the item returned to you after the correction.

We try our very best to ensure prices and product information are listed on the website correctly in the first instance, however, if by human or technical error, something has been listed incorrectly, ALANOUD ALSALEM reserves the right to amend prices. ALANOUD ALSALEM also reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for products listed at the incorrect price. We will endeavor to contact you and inform you if this has occurred.
